The fourth time i m reading and qiuz i m working on so this is the point of reading the text

 According to the US Endangered Species Act, the polar bear is on the endangered animal list. This is due to global warming and the increasing greenhouse effect. Polar bear's habitat is more vulnerable to global warming than many other species. Polar bears live mainly on sea ice in the Arctic. This is where they hunt for fish and build up fat reserves. When the ice melts, many polar bears move ashore and live off the stored fat. In the Arctic, global warming is causing ice to melt a little earlier and to form longer. This results in a shorter feeding season for polar bears. Some risked their lives in search of ice. If they had to swim too far they would drown from exhaustion and hunger. However, groups of scientists and environmentalists such as the World Wildlife Fund often study large carnivores to assess the health of ecosystems. Animals such as polar bears should be on the list of endangered species. Once they are on the list, there are laws protecting these animals from hunting for food or sport.
